Traits
Sin Incarnate. While the Harbinger is on the same plane as any sentient creature, its aura of temptation weakens resolve. Creatures within 60 ft. of the Harbinger must make a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw at the start of their turn or suffer disadvantage on saving throws against charm and fear effects until the start of their next turn.
Aura of Submission. Any creature that starts its turn within 30 ft. of the Harbinger must succeed on a DC 21 Charisma saving throw or be charmed for 1 minute. Charmed targets view the Harbinger as an irresistible authority. The effect ends early if the Harbinger or its allies damage the target.
Stain of Sin (Soul Shard). The Harbinger contains the corrupted soul-essence of Azmodan. While the Harbinger lives, all demons within 300 feet are under the effects of bless and gain temporary hit points equal to their CR at the start of their turn.
